Stacked Enchiladas

9 to 12 corn or flour tortillas
1 28 oz can enchilada sauce
2 to 4 cups grated mozarella or cheddar cheese
1/2 lb cooked hamburger or cooked diced chicken
1 can black olives
1 cup of diced onion

 Place 3 tortillas flat on a 8 by 11 inch pan. Place one large
spoon of enchilada sauce on each tortilla. Add 1/4 cup cooked hamburger
or cooked diced chicken onto each tortilla, Add 3 black olives and a tsp of diced onion on each tortilla. Top with cheese. Put 1 tortilla on each stack, continue as with the first 3 tortillas until the 9 or 12 tortillas are used. Pour remainder of cheese and enchilada sauce on top of the last stack.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
