How to make tacos.

1/2 pound either ground turkey or ground beef
1 diced potato
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
tortillas heated in microwave
cilantro
hot sauce

Cook the meat. Season the potatoes with taco seasonings or salsa. Add diced potatoes to the meat. Fill a warmed tortilla with the meat and diced potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro and hot sauce and salsa. Enough for 4. Enjoy!
